All four health funds operate in Modiin. There is no hospital in the city; NBN names Shamir (Assaf Harofeh) and Kaplan as the relatively close ones, and Terem for urgent care (NBN (opens in a new tab)).
Where the kupot are
The municipal list has 6 Clalit, about 9 Maccabi, 8 Meuhedet and 2 Leumit sites, mostly in the commercial centres: Merlaz / Ginat Dotan, the Donna centre at Shmuel HaNavi 6, Azrieli Mall, Moriah Center and Renanim in Maccabim (municipality (opens in a new tab)). The big Maccabi medical centre and Terem are next to City Hall on Tiltan St (municipality (opens in a new tab)). Every branch is in the health fund directory.

Pharmacies on Shabbat
The city posts a duty-pharmacy rota for Shabbat and holidays; in October 2026 it lists three Super-Pharm branches open from 09:00 or 10:00 to 23:00. When no pharmacy is open, urgent prescriptions go through Moked 106, which refers you to the on-call pharmacist (municipality (opens in a new tab)).
Doctors and therapists in English
I list doctors, dentists and therapists only where their own listing says they are native English speakers; see doctors, dentists and therapy. For mental-health professionals across Israel, Get Help Israel runs a free verified database (ModiinApp (opens in a new tab)).
