Formerly Tzipor, the most populous neighbourhood, by Route 443. Three-to-seven-storey buildings. Bizportal notes the train stations are far, so expect a car or a feeder bus.

Formerly Givat C: central and high, next to Anava Park and the city centre. Flats, some semi-detached streets and six towers, and 22 shuls, the most of any neighbourhood.

The newest neighbourhood, still being built (from 2022) at the foot of Givat Barfilya, with a commercial boulevard and 9 shuls already. Bus lines 52 and 59 were boosted to serve it.
