With kids: Mini Israel, the tank museum and Anava's playground
A Sunday-to-Thursday family day split between the Latrun sites, about 7 km south of the city, and Modiin's biggest playground. You need a car or a taxi for Latrun.

Over 100 tanks and armoured vehicles outside the old Latrun police fort, a few minutes' drive from Mini Israel. Open Sun-Thu 09:00-17:00, Fri 09:00-14:00.

Back in Modiin: the 8 m high play structure, the sailing-ship climber and a toddler area, all on artificial grass with shade.
