One of the first neighbourhoods (1996), planned by Moshe Safdie. Low-rise flats and semi-detached homes, with the culture hall, the main library and Givat HaTitura on the doorstep.

Formerly Tzipor, the most populous neighbourhood, by Route 443. Three-to-seven-storey buildings. Bizportal notes the train stations are far, so expect a car or a feeder bus.

A small, newer neighbourhood (from 2017) between Anava Park and Route 431, with bridges to Masuah and Nofim. On NBN's list of neighbourhoods popular with olim.

Settled from 2019 on the western edge, with streets named after Israeli forests, two new schools and eight gans. Popular with young olim families.

The newest neighbourhood, still being built (from 2022) at the foot of Givat Barfilya, with a commercial boulevard and 9 shuls already. Bus lines 52 and 59 were boosted to serve it.
